Individual Counseling
Where self-reflection becomes transformation.
At 21 Reflections Professional Counseling, individual therapy is an invitation—an intentional space to pause, reflect, and gently explore who you are and who you are becoming. Our work is rooted in collaboration, compassion, and curiosity, honoring your experiences without labeling or pathologizing them. We believe meaningful transformation begins with reflection and unfolds through thoughtful, supported exploration.

Personalized counseling for meaningful change.
We are a boutique counseling practice, intentionally designed to offer depth, presence, and personalized care. This allows us to move at a pace that honors your unique process, create meaningful therapeutic relationships, and provide a thoughtful, curated experience rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. In this space, you are not a case or a checklist—you are a whole person in transition.
People seek individual therapy for many reasons. Feelings such as confusion, disconnection, persistent inner conflict, or a sense of losing touch with what once felt meaningful often signal a desire for deeper clarity and understanding. Others come seeking greater connection—with themselves, their relationships, or their life direction. These experiences, and many others, are common entry points into the reflective work we offer at 21 Reflections Professional Counseling.
Individual therapy may be inspired by life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, grief and loss, past or present traumatic experiences, or simply a desire to better understand yourself. Whatever brings you here, our clinicians walk alongside you as compassionate partners, supporting insight, growth, and self-defined change.
Sessions are 50–55 minutes and typically occur once per week. Your journey is not measured by a fixed timeline, but by the awareness you cultivate, the clarity you gain, and the direction you choose for your future. Together, we create space for reflection to evolve into lasting transformation.
Family Counseling
Our family counseling services are designed for families seeking meaningful, lasting change—not quick fixes. As a long standing small practice, we offer highly personalized, transformative care grounded in a family systems approach. We view challenges not as the fault of one individual, but as patterns that develop within relationships, environments, and life transitions. Every family member’s experience, strengths, and struggles are acknowledged as part of the healing process.
We specialize in improving communication, strengthening relationships, and supporting parents through thoughtful coaching rooted in positive reinforcement and evidence-based parenting techniques. Sessions focus on helping families understand how each member contributes to both challenges and solutions, fostering accountability without blame. Parents are supported in developing confident, consistent, and values-driven leadership within the home.
From survival mode to values-based leadership.
Our work is especially supportive for families navigating anxiety, ADHD, behavioral challenges, or major life transitions such as divorce, blending families, relocations, or shifts in family roles. We provide intentional support for co-parenting and blended families, helping caregivers align around shared values, expectations, and communication strategies—even across households.
Reflect. Reconnect. Rebuild together.
At the heart of our approach is a commitment to relational health. We help families move from reactive cycles to intentional connection, from power struggles to collaboration, and from confusion to clarity. Through skill-building, emotional attunement, and values-based guidance, families are empowered to create a more connected, regulated, and resilient family system—one that supports both individual growth and collective well-being.
Group Counseling
In group counseling, individuals come together with a shared intention: to learn, reflect, and grow in a safe, respectful environment. Each member brings their own experiences, strengths, and perspectives, creating a collaborative space where insight and healing are not just guided by the counselor, but co-created by the group itself.
Groups offer something uniquely transformative—real-time connection. Through this process, members often discover they are not alone in their struggles, which can reduce shame and increase self-acceptance.
Every group is facilitated with psychoeducational topics, supportive dynamics, and privacy for the group. The counselor’s role is to support emotional safety, encourage healthy communication, and help the group stay grounded in empathy and mutual respect. Within this structure, members are free to show up authentically, take emotional risks at their own pace, and learn from both giving and receiving support.
Healing happens in connection.

Couples Counseling
Relationships are one of the most meaningful—and challenging—parts of our lives. Couples counseling offers a supportive space to slow down, reconnect, and better understand one another during seasons of stress, change, or pain. Drawing from John Gottman’s research-based relationship principles and Brené Brown’s work on vulnerability, courage, and connection, our approach helps couples build emotional safety, strengthen communication, and repair trust.
We work with couples navigating a wide range of concerns, including life transitions, co-parenting challenges, emotional distance, conflict cycles, infidelity, trust injuries, separation decisions, and unresolved past hurts. Therapy focuses on identifying patterns that keep you stuck, learning practical tools for healthier communication, and fostering deeper empathy and emotional intimacy.
Where understanding grows and relationships heal.
Whether you are hoping to revitalize your relationship, repair after betrayal, or discern next steps with clarity and respect, couples counseling can help you move forward with greater understanding, resilience, and connection—together or apart.
